Tamara is a highly skilled physiotherapist who takes a patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, supporting individuals to improve mobility, confidence, and quality of life. Through motivating treatment, she helps patients regain and maintain independence through tailored exercise and functional activity.

Tamara qualified from the University of Salford with a First-Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 and went on to complete a PhD in Vocational Rehabilitation, exploring how physiotherapy can support people to remain healthy and independent in work and everyday life. She has extensive experience working in both the NHS and private practice, with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, recovery, and workplace health.

More recently, Tamara has focused her practice on supporting older adults in care homes and community settings, where her musculoskeletal expertise enables her to deliver effective, personalised rehabilitation. Alongside her clinical work, Tamara is a lecturer at the University of Salford, teaching and mentoring the next generation of physiotherapists. This role ensures her clinical practice remains evidence based and up to date.
Tamara is passionate about building strong, supportive relationships with patients, creating engaging and enjoyable treatment sessions that help individuals achieve meaningful improvements in their day-to-day lives.

In her free time Tamara loves exploring the outdoors, hiking, connecting with nature. So much so has recently completed a therapeutic wilderness course.
