Angela qualified from Sheffield Hallam University in 1995 with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy and has spent most of her career supporting people with neurological conditions and long-term health needs. She has extensive postgraduate training in neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and the care of older adults, enabling her to deliver safe, effective, and responsive care.
As the team’s Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, Angela works with people experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance problems, and falls risk, helping them regain stability, confidence, and independence.
Alongside this, she also supports individuals recovering after surgery and those with complex mobility difficulties.
Angela particularly enjoys working with clients in their own homes and community settings, where therapy can be tailored to real-life challenges. She places great value on building strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, taking time to understand each person’s priorities and daily routines. Known for her fun, engaging, and individualised treatment programmes, Angela is passionate about motivating and empowering people to reach their full potential and achieve meaningful, positive outcomes.
When she isn’t at work you will find Angela out hiking, in the gym, or on the side line of a football pitch or netball court supporting her daughters and their teams.
