After an initial assessment you will be provided a comprehensive treatment plan. This may include:
- Postural correction
- Strength and range of movement exercises
- Gait analysis and re education
- Balance assessment and training
- Weight transfer assessment and correction to facilitate safe and steady mobility.
- Assessment for a walking aid
- Task specific training
- Sensory programme
- Strengthening exercises
- Bobath concept
- Carr and Shepherd concept
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
